The need of the hour is intelligent use of Electrical Energy for running & operating our daily routines/appliances especially office buildings which consume lot of power. All Electrical Appliances, if made energy efficient will reduce power consumption by atleast 20% to 25%. To optimize this effort, Bureau of Energy Efficiency ( BEE ) grants STAR RATING of appliances depending upon their energy efficient design and performance. Greater the number of STARS, better is the performance. It is an added sales point by creating an edge over others.
